Whether you need a different size or a different style, our streamlined process ensures you get back on the pitch as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original Sokito packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a notification and your refund once our warehouse inspects the items.
